南京伊希歐Ecolead卷繞式過濾器的標配控制系統為PLC自動控制，在實際過濾器的運行過程中發生過電控柜上蜂鳴器一直在報警，是何種原因導致以上問題，該如何應對解決：
蜂鳴器是當整卷濾料用完時，行程開關動作，PLC接受到信號而發出的警示信號，以提醒更換濾料，電控箱中的濾料報警遠程干接點（A3、A4）也是相同的作用，兩者主要差別是一個現場報警，一個遠程報警。當出現報警信號后，更換濾料。因為報警信號是行程開關動作了才會出現的，所以查看設備正面右上角處的行程開關，觀察其是否正常。
最常見的原因是濾料上絲線將行程開關纏繞住，行程開關就一直處於閉合的狀態（線路接的是常開觸點），一直有信號發給PLC。此時，將這些絲線去除即可。還有種可能就原因為行程開關發生故障。鑒別方法是觀察PLC上方X輸入端一排有沒有紅色的數字1，若有且一直存在，說明是行程開關故障了，將其更換即可。
