1、使用場所的差異

卧式常用於較小或矮的空間或風道系統過濾段。當空間高度受局限時，我們必須嚴格考慮有效過濾面積以符合要求的風量，盡量是有效過濾面積最大化。卧式自動卷繞式過濾器寬長型的設計可以安裝於狹小的空間，並且可以滿足風量設計要求。

2、外形的差異

立式整套設備是正立安裝，更換新濾料時必須登高。

卧式是側立放安裝，更換濾料可以選擇在設備的左邊或右邊進行。

3、濾料卷繞系統的差異

立式是濾料自上往下，縱向的；

卧式是自左往右或反方向，橫向的。
